l\u2019Unit\u00e9 Inserm 1082 de Poitiers dans le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un programme de recherche fondamentale sur l\u2019isch\u00e9mie-reperfusion du greffon h\u00e9patique chez le porc.<\/p><p>En parall\u00e8le, le Centre de Transplantation H\u00e9patique de Tours participe \u00e0 la recherche clinique (PHRC, \u00e9tudes multicentriques\u2026).<\/p><p>2 \u00e9tudes sont termin\u00e9es et 8 sont en cours.<\/p><p>Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un D\u00e9partement Hospitalo-Universitaire (DHU) de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements d\u2019organes et de transplantation au CHRU de Tours \u00ab SUPORT \u00bb visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la survie de l\u2019organe transplant\u00e9 en s\u2019appuyant sur deux th\u00e9matiques principale : l\u2019isch\u00e9mie-reperfusion\/la r\u00e9ponse ambitionne d\u2019instaurer une fili\u00e8re unique de soins\/enseignement\/recherche sur l\u2019axe donneur\/greffon\/receveur.<\/p><p>L\u2019originalit\u00e9 de \u00ab SUPORT \u00bb tient dans la pr\u00e9paration du donneur, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la conservation des greffons puis la personnalisation du traitement immunosuppresseur post-
